I am a problem solver,
what does it mean?
In the context of UX/UI, being a problem solver entails understanding users’ needs and desires and finding innovative ways to meet them through design. This can involve anything from improving the usability of an app to solving navigation issues or communicating information more effectively through illustration and visual design. In short, our goal is to create solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and user-centered.
As illustrators and designers, we have the unique ability to translate complex ideas into clear and understandable images. This allows us not only to beautify interfaces but also to convey difficult concepts in an accessible and appealing manner. Ultimately, being a problem solver in UX/UI involves being a facilitator between the user and technology, using our talent to enhance how people interact with the digital world.
I’m excited to explore more about how we can apply our skills to create impactful digital experiences together!

Find MBA – UX/UI Redesign
In this case, I worked closely with the digital strategy manager and the developer at Find MBA, coordinating efforts to deliver a UX redesign for a website with a large volume of information.
We conducted an in-depth UX process, focusing on information architecture, hierarchy, and structuring, with the goal of making it easy for users to access content and navigate intuitively. Since Find MBA is a platform specialized in Master of Business Administration programs, organizing information clearly and logically was essential.
At the same time, we developed a UI design focused on usability, creating a friendly and pleasant interface that facilitates navigation and enhances the overall user experience. This included a mobile version, ensuring a consistent and smooth experience across all devices.
The website includes various functionalities, each addressed strategically to ensure consistent, efficient interactions aligned with the platform’s goals.
Outcome: a complete website redesign, including mobile, that is more structured, intuitive, and visually engaging, improving user experience, simplifying access to information, and strengthening Find MBA’s digital identity.
Tomas Arriaga – Digital Marketing
In this project, we conducted UX Research to understand the needs and pain points of users when hiring digital marketing services. Through interviews and user profiling, we identified opportunities to improve the information architecture and navigation experience.
The goal was to create an intuitive, accessible, and trustworthy website that clearly explains what digital marketing is and what services the brand offers, addressing both experienced users and beginners.
In the UI Design phase, we developed a modern, cohesive, and visually engaging website, focused on usability, readability, and visual consistency, strengthening the digital identity and building user trust and conversion.
Emyze App
Emize is an app that focuses on tracking carbon footprints with the objective of raising awareness about their impact on the environment. This way, we can become more conscious of our consumption and seek realistic solutions.
Emize proposed creating a new feature in the form of a roadmap to evaluate our homes and help us reduce our carbon footprint. This project involves a redesign of an existing app.
FindMe GF App
This project was designed to challenge us to choose an existing app, identify its pain points, and try to improve the user experience. Find Me Gluten Free is an app that aims to help people eat gluten-free, no matter where they are. They offer free apps for iOS and Android platforms.
The platform believes that whether you’re traveling, socializing, or just need a quick bite to eat, people living a gluten-free lifestyle should be able to eat safely and comfortably
Claygraund App
Claygraund is a small ceramic workshop in Berlin where, apart from workshops, different ceramic craftsmen develop their work. Our client wants to improve their internet presence and also implement an online shop where they can sell the pieces of the artists residing in the workshop.
